Focus on customers but also just architecture. Tilt down to building is okay. But don’t like pans across shots unless it’s following a specific action. Like to hold on great shots, being a little wide than needed so we can post-zoom in.
ARTSY SHOTS
These shots are locked off on sticks. Wider than you see here so we can post-zoom in. The idea is center an item, element or machine to create an emphasis on it.
CREW WORK SHOTS
Can be handheld but relatively little movement. Want to balance wide and tight shots of action. Try to shoot from the shoulder level, even when looking down at action. Shots up from the ground feel a little too newsy.
Like layered shots with elements in foreground and background, for sense of depth.
